Concept and illustrations for the Lufthansa Cargo internal campaign »Gender Balance«. The target of Lufthansa Cargo is to reach a quota of 30 % of women in leadership positions until 2020. The posters serve as an indicator for the current gender structure and change with increasing percentages of women.
